Production process

Raw material procurement

The procurement targets are all international and domestic regular manufacturers, so as to grasp the quality of raw materials from the source. Purchase brands include DSM (DSM), BSF (BASF), Xinhecheng, Zhejiang Pharmaceutical, Jiyoulian, Garden, Yifan Xinfu, Haijianuo, Guangji Pharmaceutical, Brother Pharmaceutical, Tianxin Pharmaceutical, Xinfa Pharmaceutical, Yuxing, etc.

Raw material inspection

Each batch of raw materials shall be placed in the waiting area of the raw material warehouse before entering the factory, and can be transported to the shelves of corresponding raw materials for production after passing the inspection of the quality inspection department. The qualified raw materials shall form a special barcode, which includes the name of raw materials, manufacturer, production batch number and time, purchase quantity and other relevant information.

Raw material storage

Large refrigeration equipment is installed in the raw material warehouse to ensure that the storage conditions of raw materials meet the requirements of shade. To ensure that the potency of vitamins does not decrease during storage, and raw materials are stacked on shelves, which saves space and is neat and beautiful.

Processing and production

The production workshop has a building area of 3000 square meters, and all the process equipment adopts the internationally advanced Butler's all-stainless steel production line, and the whole process bar code traceability system is introduced.

Finished product storage

The finished products are placed in the finished product warehouse, which is also equipped with large refrigeration equipment to ensure that the storage conditions of the finished products meet the requirements of shade.

Finished product inspection

The quality inspection department shall test the finished products, and they can leave the factory only after passing the test. The Agilent 1220 high performance liquid chromatograph used can accurately detect the content of different vitamins, thus ensuring the stability of the quality of Zhonggu Duowei products. From the arrival of raw materials to the delivery of finished products, each step shall be tested and original records shall be kept, so that each batch of products can be traced. Each batch of products can be traced back to the manufacturer, production date, inspection report, incoming inspection record and inspection report of each raw material used in production, and the inspection report of raw material supplier accompanying the goods.

Finished product delivery

Products are transported by logistics vehicles. Each batch of products shall be checked to see if they meet the requirements when leaving the factory, such as whether the carriage is clean and tidy, whether there is drug transportation, whether there is live bird transportation, etc. The truck license plate number and the contact information of the truck driver shall be recorded so as to know the product transportation status at any time.
